Criteria and Submissions Process
To complete a preliminary analysis the following information should be submitted:

• Full Property Description
• Previous Year's and Year-to-Date Operating Statement
• Development Budget and Pro Forma Income Statement if Development
• Current Tax Bill
• Terms of Financing
• Market Information
• Color Photographs/Renderings of Project(including sales and rental comps)
• Location Map and Aerial Photographs
• Current Rent Roll

Primary Target Markets
We are seeking properties in the following markets:

North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Kentucky, Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, Virginia, New Mexico, Arizona.

Asset Type
We are seeking multifamily, office, retail, and industrial assets that are operating, development, or renovation/repositioning opportunities.

We will consider single assets, portfolios, note purchases in either a direct, joint venture or pre-sale structure.
