BCOM, Inc. was founded in 1980 to pursue opportunistic real estate development strategies in the Southern United States. Located in Miami, the firm continues to engage in diverse real estate activities including contracting, development, leasing and management of various property types.

In 1996, BCOM began to focus more on the many development opportunities in the South Florida area with the development of a 320-unit high rise on Miami Beach called Mirabella. This was followed by pursuing other luxury developments such as Brickell Key II, Brickell Pointe, Brickell Bay Village and 1800 Club. After a successful track record of investing over $50 million in equity for several Taft-Hartley Pension Funds, BCOM formed BCOM Investment Advisers to broaden its services to include fiduciary management of pension plan assets throughout the Southern United States. The firm is actively committing these assets now in opportunistic ventures and direct investments.

BCOM, Inc.'s investment philosophy has remained the same throughout its history: uncover the opportunities or geographic areas with inherently strong market fundamentals that are overlooked by traditional investors and implement investments that capitalize on these inefficiencies to achieve superior, risk-adjusted returns.
